Admissions Process

Submit your application along with a non-refundable application fee of $100. After your application is submitted, the Admissions Committee will notify you about your next steps. If the Admissions Committee agrees to move forward with the admissions process, the supplemental documents should be submitted and interviews will be scheduled.
The supplemental documents can be uploaded below or emailed to Admissions@ECSLoudoun.com. Scanned records should be in PDF format only.
Student Records
- Copy of birth certificate

- Copy of current report card
- *Copy of SSAT achievement tests - Every applicant is asked to submit SSAT achievement test results. These results must be within one year of the application date. Families can take the test from home online OR at a test center.
Option 1: Take SSAT Online at Home
Families can register a student to take the SSAT at home online.
- Available test dates for 2021 are April 9, 10, 23, 24, 25; May 22, 23; June 4, 5, 6; and July 9, 10, 11.
- Register at https://www.ssat.org/
- Results should be ready within a few days and can then be sent to the school as a pdf.
Option 2: Take SSAT at Test Center
Families can register a student to take the SSAT at a registered test center.

Online Reference/Evaluation Forms
Please have your pastor and child's teachers complete the appropriate online form (in conjunction with the application and student records). If your student was homeschooled for either math or English by the parent, the homeschool parent should fill out the form.
You may send a link to this web page or link to form to pastor/teachers. A member of the Admissions Office will contact them after receiving their completed reference form.

The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a parent interview and a student interview once all requirements have been met. Both parents/legal guardians and student(s) are required to meet with administrators.
Families will be informed of acceptance or denial of admission after the Admissions Committee has reviewed all information.
If accepted, a parent/guardian contract will be issued, and the student fee will be due at that time. Parents/Guardians will then be asked to choose a tuition payment plan.
