Dress Code

Uniforms will reflect school colors: blue, white, and gray. The mascot is the Eagles and spirit wear will be available for students to wear on designated days. An official dress code will be published.

On most days, ECS students will wear uniforms. Uniforms help to create positive learning environments by removing distractions in classrooms and creating a common ground. Students are able to focus on academics rather than what they and others are wearing. Wearing uniforms allows students to get ready for school quickly, helping to streamline morning routines. Uniforms also help the family budget and remove the pressure students perceive to wear the latest clothing trends to school. The last Friday of the month that school is in session, students may wear modest casual dress. Occasionally, a non-uniform day is announced by way of reward or for a special occasion.
