Tuition & Fees
Tuition for grades 9, 10, and 11 for 2022-2023 school year is $17,000. Please see information on variable tuition and payment plans below.
The financial commitment is for the entire 2022-2023 school year beginning July 1 and ending May 31. All families must submit a non-refundable tuition deposit of $1,200 per student. This non-refundable deposit is a down payment on tuition. If returning families enroll before the re-enrollment deadline, the non-refundable down payment on tuition is discounted 50%. If returning families enroll after the re-enrollment deadline, the full tuition down payment is required.
Enrollment after October 1 will be pro-rated. All families must submit a non-refundable tuition deposit of $1,200 per student. This non-refundable deposit is a down payment on tuition.

- Pay in full: 5% tuition discount if annual tuition is paid by July 1, 2022
- Sibling Discount: 10% tuition discount for every child after the first child. Parents of multiple children from same family must be enrolled at same time. First child pays full tuition. This discount is in lieu of variable tuition for the family.

Think again. Evergreen Christian School proudly offers variable tuition. Tuition at Evergreen is not “one-size-fits-all.” It’s a range for grades 9 through 12 from $8,500-$17,000. Variable tuition adjusts tuition rates to meet your family’s unique financial position.
What is Variable Tuition?
Variable tuition is a need-based, tuition assistance program similar to those used by many private schools, colleges, and universities. This program allows families to apply for reduced tuition that is right for their financial situations, thus, making an Evergreen Christian School education affordable to many qualified students who could not otherwise join our school community.
Variable tuition makes Christian education accessible to more families by charging a tuition rate based on a family’s specific financial situation. Variable tuition is a need-based financial aid structure. Any family in need of financial help may apply.
How to Apply for Variable Tuition
- Submit an application for admission to Evergreen Christian School.
- Access the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment (FGAA) website to begin the online financial aid application.

$100 is due when submitting the student application form.
STUDENT Fee (annual)
$500 per student
Upon acceptance and before the student may attend school, both the student fee and the first month’s tuition must be paid in full. Subsequently, tuition is due in accordance with your chosen payment plan (monthly or annually). The following tuition payment options are available.Tuition is managed by FACTS.

Option 1 - Ten (10) Monthly Payments - Online Payment through Parent Portal (FACTS)
July 1, 2022 (or upon acceptance) through May 1, 2023 (Tuition is not collected during the re-enrollment period in February.)
July 15, 2022 (or upon acceptance) through May 15, 2023 (Tuition is not collected during the re-enrollment period in February.)
Note: A $50 FACTS fee will be applied if paying monthly.
Option 2 - Payment in Full - by Check or through Parent Portal (FACTS)
July 1, 2022 (or upon acceptance), 5% tuition discount.
Note: A $20 FACTS fee will be applied if paying through Parent Portal.
