Tuition Assistance

Let's make this work!

Think you can’t afford Christian school tuition?

Think again. Evergreen Christian School proudly offers Variable Tuition. Tuition at Evergreen is not “one-size-fits-all.” Variable tuition adjusts tuition rates to meet your family’s unique financial position.

What is Variable Tuition?

Variable tuition is a need-based, tuition assistance program similar to those used by many private schools, colleges, and universities. This program allows families to apply for up to 50% reduced tuition that is right for their financial situations, thus, making an Evergreen Christian School education affordable to many qualified students who could not otherwise join our school community. Any family in need of financial help may apply.

How to Apply for Variable Tuition

  1. Submit an application for admission to Evergreen Christian School to begin the application process.
  2. Submit a financial aid application. Information to access the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment (FGAA) website will be sent to you once a school application is received.

Financial Aid - First Consideration Deadline (January 16, 2026)

(Applications submitted after this date will continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis.)

For families who complete their FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment (FGAA) application by January 16, 2026 and whose student has received an offer of acceptance (or is currently enrolled), the first round of variable tuition awards will be communicated no later than February 10, 2026.

Early Enrollment Tuition Discounts

Families who enroll and select the one-time online payment plan are eligible for the following discounts:

  • 5% tuition discount for families who enroll by February 13
(Payment will be automatically withdrawn on February 13.)
  • 3% tuition discount for families who enroll by May 1
(Payment will be automatically withdrawn on May 1.)

Annual Re-Application Requirement

All families, new and returning, must submit a financial aid application each year to be considered for variable tuition.
