FACTS Parent Alerts

Our institution uses FACTS Parent Alert to send notifications to families in certain situations, including emergency situations. At the beginning of the school year, a test alert is sent out to parents/guardians or student contacts. If you did not receive the alert, please notify the school office to double check your contact information. Text alerts sent via Parent Alert use a SMS short code. The short code is either 31706 or 317065. If you are an emergency or pick up contact and you do not wish to receive school alerts you can opt out by texting STOP to 31706 or 317065. You can also reply HELP for help.

By subscribing to FACTS Parent Alerts SMS notifications, parent/guardian contacts agree to receive messages at the phone number provided. You may receive text alerts on delays, cancellations, or on campus events impacting drop off and pick up. Message and data rates may apply. For ECS, the frequency of these alerts is kept to a minimum. You can opt-out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, please reply with HELP or contact the school.

Please note that FACTS may share your information with companies that are affiliated with them, such as their direct or indirect subsidiaries or parent or sister companies. They do not sell personal information to third parties. All personal information collected is used by FACTS or their affiliates to perform services, comply with laws, or carry out internal functions.
