Senior Quotes 2025

Seek Christ in everything you do and develop personal relations with your teachers. They are pretty cool and very knowledgeable in their fields and faith. Furthermore, they too desire a relationship with you.

My best advice is that it is OK to mess up. It’s easy to hang our heads when we mess up or things don’t go our way. But these situations/experiences are just opportunities to learn and grow. If you can learn to grow from the mistakes and challenges, life will come easy, and you will be better for it! (James 1:2-4)

Whatever plan you have is not always God’s plan, and if things don’t go the way you thought they would, He will work it out to be better than your plan could ever be. Learn from other people’s mistakes. Don’t be afraid to ask for help for anything. There are so many people who want to help you succeed.

Live in the peace and assuredness of a relationship with God. Be confident in the future knowing that if you seek after the Lord, everything will fall into place around you. Do not be anxious, but trust that in seeking God your steps will be ordered to His path for you.

God will never give you more than you can handle, and no matter how big the problem at hand might seem, you are more capable than you think. (Luke 12:26-28)

Don’t lose sight of your priorities in the time of challenge. Keep faith in the Lord and stand up against unrighteousness.

While school may seem like a chore, it will be finished before you know it, and you will miss the friends, teachers, and memories.

There is always someone older, wiser, and smarter than you, so listen more than you speak.

Stay with the Lord with all your heart and use that understanding to grow in your faith.

Don't procrastinate with anything with God and even with essays.

Turn in your work on time!

Don't sweat the small stuff. Be in the moment.

Don't be afraid to reach out to others.

While school is important it will never replace the things you enjoy: friends family, hobbies. You have to make time for the things you love, or you'll wake up one day and it won't be there.

Respect your teachers, despite their shortcomings.

Continue pursuing God in everything. Make him the center of your life. Pursue what's important. Say no to drugs.

Don't leave all your senior thesis until the last minute. Cite your sources! Clean up your tables at lunch!

People are going to be messy, and classes are going to be hard, but you'll be fine.

Do not be afraid to say “yes” to the senior activities.

Stay diligent and dedicated throughout your academic career, doing all things unto the Lord for His glory.

Get a job but don't work too often now. Look into college early. Do things with friends whenever you can. Don't take things too seriously.

Don't miss any EQs.

Don't be afraid to try your hardest, whether it is school, sports, extracurriculars, faith, friendships, or anything really. The Lord applauds hard work and so do people. The idea of being “nonchalant” is a delusion that not caring or trying too much is somehow cool. Trying is much cooler.

Abide in the Lord and he will abide in you. It's the time that counts because, good or bad, it will end eventually. Trust God with today and remember how much He loves you!

Enjoy time with your friends and family, as it will go quickly. Lean on the Lord for your strength in all things.

Be creative.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; For without Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5) Repent and stay in the Word; everything else will follow.

Don't give up when it gets hard; you learn the most about yourself when you push through when it gets tough. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Don't give up, the end is coming and will come quickly, so enjoy every moment because in the end the little moments will be the ones you cherish the most.

The biggest piece of advice is that you should not be afraid to try, especially when things get hard.

Don't ever say “I can’t do this.” If you put your mind to it you will achieve all your dreams. Anything is possible with the Lord by your side. Lean on Him and He will give you strength.

(1 Corinthians 6: 12) “All things are lawful for me, but not all things build up.”  I would encourage you to spend your time doing what builds up others and yourself in knowledge, strength, joy, etc. Many things are not directly called sins in the Bible, but often the things we spend the most time on and prioritize the most are not the most beneficial to ourselves and others. Instead, use the discernment given by the Holy Spirit to use your time in ways that build up.

Don’t worry about what others think about you, be yourself. God will always know who you really are.

Future senior! Please understand that high school is such a fleeting time and every moment should be seized and held on to. Don't take anything for granted because life can change in the blink of an eye. Draw near to the Lord in all things and pursue His plan for your life with His help. Cherish the time you have at home with your family and your friends. Treat everyone how you want to be treated because you may be the only Bible that someone ever encounters.

Advice I would recommend to all the underclassmen is to always remember to study and try your best. Put your faith in God and He will help you. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Even if you think something is hard and you think you will do poorly, just try your best! God bless you guys!

Dear rising student: If you find yourself at Evergreen, know that you are in good hands. The staff and faculty here love you and will listen. My prayer for you is that you will take heart during these last years of school, and that you will follow in God's statutes. “Courage, Dear Heart.” – Aslan

Be kind and loving to all; it goes a long way. You never know what people are going through; a smile can change someone's day. Always follow in God's steps for you. He has a perfect plan and purpose for you. He loves you so much and wants the best for your life, even though it might not feel like it. He loves you!
