Families and friends will once again enjoy EagleFest at Evergreen Christian School on Saturday, September 20. Everyone is invited to participate to make this a great, fundraising event for our Eagles. The event will be held on the school campus located at 21336 Evergreen Mills Road in Leesburg, VA, and will include:

  • Beginner Pickleball Tournament
  • Advanced Pickleball Tournament
  • Spikeball Tournament
  • Cornhole Tournament
  • Music
  • Food

Activities for kids will include:

  • Facepainting
  • Banner making for their “family's team”
  • Yard games...and more!

Tournament Schedule & Registration

Beginner Pickleball Tournament 

  • 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
  • Open to anyone ages 12+
  • 8 courts in The Eagle Center
  • Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
  • Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
  • Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
  • Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up

Spikeball Tournament

  • 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
  • Open to anyone ages 12+
  • 8 Spikeball nets outside on the practice field
  • Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
  • Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
  • Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
  • Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up

Advanced Pickleball Tournament 

  • 11:30 - 2:00 p.m.
  • Open to anyone ages 12+
  • 8 courts in The Eagle Center
  • Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
  • Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
  • Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
  • Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up

Cornhole Tournament 

  • 11:30 - 2:00 p.m.
  • Open to anyone ages 12+
  • 8 Cornhole sets in front of the school in the parking lot (lined up side by side)
  • Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
  • Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
  • Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
  • Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up
