2025-2026 Season

As our Swim Team approached the end of their season, our athletes made quite a few notable accomplishments: Abby H. placed first in 100 yard breaststroke at the VISAA Division II Swim Invitational. On 1/24/26, she was named female swimmer of the meet at the VISAA Junior Varsity Invitational, taking first place in all three of her events and breaking the meet record in the 50 free with a time of 25.74. Additionally, Sullivan H. and Abby H. qualified for VISAA States in individual events and our girls relay team (Lucy B., Abby H., Sullivan H., and Dakota H.) qualified for VISAA States in the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay. The team headed to the state competition in Richmond over Valentine’s Day weekend with the 400 freestyle relay team placing 20th overall, and Abby H. placing 10th in the individual medley finals and 16th in the breaststroke finals. We are proud of all our Eagle swimmers and also want to recognize our boys who set new team records, Nathaniel T. in 200 individual medley, 50 freestyle, 500 freestyle, 100 backstroke, and 100 breaststroke, and Caleb T. in 100 freestyle and 100 butterfly, plus our boys relay records, 200 medley relay (Nathaniel T., Joshua O., Caleb T., and Lorenzo H.), 200 free relay (Caleb T., Lorenzo H., Joshua O., and Nathaniel T.), and 400 free relay (Caleb T., Lorenzo H., Joshua O., and Parker B.).

Congratulations to Coach Matthews on a very successful season!

2024-2025 Season

In just their first year of competition, the Eagle Swim Team consisted of eight swimmers who were able to compete in three separate events. While two of our founding swimmers are graduating this year, the team has a strong core that promises to increase the competitive quality of the program next season.
