If you are a current ECS family, additional parent resources can be found in the FACTS Family Portal Resource Documents area.

Be sure to read the Eagle's Landing newsletter which is delivered to your email inbox each Thursday. The newsletter provides timely, important information as well as highlights from the week. If you are not receiving this email publication, please email Katrina Hadley to be added to the distribution list.
FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. Family Portal can be used to see your child’s grades, attendance, homework, and conduct; access a variety of posted school information; communicate with teachers; and access your FACTS tuition account to view your payment plan, scheduled payment dates, funding source, and incidental billing.
Medical Requirements for New Families
If you are a new ECS family and have not received a Confirmation of Compliance email from ECS School Nurse Anna Cislak, please rectify the medical requirements by submitting the VA School Entrance Health Form ASAP (also found in the FACTS Family Portal Resource Documents) for your student to be able to start school. Reach out to Anna Cislak at ACislak@ecsloudoun.org with any questions.

In the event of inclement weather, ECS will follow the decision of LCPS for closure or a delayed start. Unless otherwise notified, if campus is closed, classes will be held virtually (remotely). Classes will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end by 12 p.m. Each class period will be held in 50-minute increments. Teachers will post links on class pages. Please contact teacher via email for more information or questions regarding virtual (remote) learning days.
If in doubt, please check social media or the school website where all notifications are posted. If you have any questions or concerns, please send emails to SDewey@ECSLoudoun.org.
