ECS Courses

The 2022-2023 school year will offer a course of study for students in Grades 9-11. Grade 12 will be introduced in 2023-2024. Graduation requirements closely follow the Virginia DOE requirements for the Advanced Studies Diploma. Students will be required to take four years of Christian Studies, English, History, Science, and Mathematics. They will also have the option of taking three years in a single language or two years each of two different languages. Additional graduation requirements are specified in the Course Catalog and Student Handbook. A variety of electives will be offered in the first year beyond the required courses indicated below. Availability of first year electives will depend upon enrollment and student interest.

As a current member of Cognia (SACS-CASI), ECS anticipates completing the accreditation process with them in late spring of 2022-2023.
